Sandra Robertson is a studio potter and lives at Cooroy in the Noosa hinterland on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, Australia.
She is a graduate from TAFE and Queensland University of Technology with a background in ceramics and arts management. Sandra has managed an e-commerce art gallery, curated exhibitions and written for art catalogues and publications.
Sandra re-established her studio in 2015 after a career in project management and has focused her skills on the development of local clay and makes wheel thrown functional ware. She decorates her work with local wood ash glazes and mainly gas fires in a reduction atmosphere to 1300°.
